1 cup chopped celery
4 to 5 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 green chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
- Take a medium bowl, mix together paprika with mayonnaise and salt. Blend in celery, dried cranberries, onion, bell pepper, and nuts.
- Add in chopped chicken and mix well. Season with black pepper as per taste. Chill for 1 hour.
