Savory Grilled Fish Delight to Tantalize Your Taste Buds

Grilling fish is a cooking method with a long history that dates back thousands of years.   • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 350-400°F or 175-200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Fish: Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This step helps ensure the fish cooks evenly.
  3. Season the Fish: Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil and season them with minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
  4. Grill the Fish: Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill grates, skin side down if your fillets have skin. Close the grill lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.
  5. Grill the Lemon Slices: While the fish is grilling, place the lemon slices directly on the grill for about 1-2 minutes per side until they are slightly charred and juicy. These grilled lemon slices make a fantastic garnish and add a burst of flavor.
  6. Serve: Remove the grilled fish from the grill and let it rest for a minute or two. Garnish with fresh herbs and the grilled lemon slices. You can also squeeze some of the grilled lemon juice over the fish for extra flavor.
  7. Enjoy: Serve your grilled fish with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Enjoy your delicious and healthy meal!
